No, I actually don't own photoshop, it is a RAW image that I processed in the Digital Photo Professional program (Canon's RAW converter) that came with my camera, so the contrast, saturation, color curve, shadows etc are adjusted there. But all the changes are global, I don't spot edit or multi-layer any of my images (and some I probably should to make them better). The intense blue isn't actually in the RAW conversation though, that is the polarizing filter. That's what makes the water clearer so you can see the rocks better as well.
Wow that blue in the sky is so intense, and the white on the right (cheeky ryhme there) did you edit this at all?
